We are excited to publish our spring newsletter. We will be meeting in Manhattan, KS at the Holiday Inn on Campus on May 1st and 2nd. Scott Flanagan is teaching a full day workshop on Friday and Saturday. Participants may choose one. Debbie Coddington will also be teaching a full day workshop on both days on an appliqué technique using Appliquick Rods.

KQO was established in October of 1984 to further the art of quilting within the state and to bring quilters together to share their knowledge. Our membership includes hundreds of quilters from around the state of Kansas and a number of members from other surrounding states. We meet twice a year for two days, attending workshops, lectures, trunk shows, and other assorted activities. Every other year we offer a fellowship as well. Our instructors and lecturers can include local talent from surrounding areas, guests brought in from around the Midwest based on recommendations and requests and of course our own immensely talented KQO members.
